Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You may use your item as much as you wish within the 14 days, but it must be returned in the original packaging.

14 days start from the date you receive the chair, and return "must" be shipped out from your place on or before the 14th day. Transit days are not counted as part of the 14 days.

You may return the item for any or no reason.

Batteries and/or chargers sold separately may not be returned.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or office address posted on the website or instruction manual. Only ship to address you will be provided by email after filling in above form.

- Refunds -
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

- Late or missing refunds -
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

- Exchanges  -
In case your item is defective or damaged upon receipt, we will arrange for an exchange. To initiate an exchange, please fill in this form on our contact page, and we will follow up with an exact plan of exchange: https://www.Voltstair.com/pages/contact-us

- Return Shipping Cost - 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Cost of return shipping are not included in your refund.

You should use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
